Advice And Tips For Finding The Best Adventure Travel Destinations

Adventure Travel

If you love adventure and venturing out of your comfort zone, to see something unique, different and something that will give you that kick of adrenaline, choose… Chernobyl Zone! I visited that site a year ago and I will never forget the eerie, outlandish and terrifying atmosphere surrounding that abandoned, forgotten place.

Adventure travel is very exciting, and there are risks associated especially when travel to overseas destinations is involved. Travel sites are abundant online which specialize in world class Adventure Travel experiences at affordable prices.

If you heard about Chernobyl from the movie “Chernobyl Diaries” I just want to say it’s ALL fake. Chernobyl in this film is not Chernobyl and it wasn’t even filmed there! It was filmed in Slovakia!

Chernobyl and the nearby abandoned town Prypiat (Ukraine) is a place that seems to be taken out straight from a horror film. In 1986, the nuclear reactor failed and exploded. That tremendous event contaminated the whole European continent, especially the north. The city of Prypiat was evacuated overnight and never re-populated again.

Now, after all those years, you can experience firsthand how nature takes over and what would happen if all humanity disappeared in an instance.

The collapsing buildings, crumbling schools, destroyed hospitals and nurseries give a horrifying impression. You feel like you are in a computer game or something. It’s a definitely must see place before you die!

There are concerns about visiting Ukraine at the moment but it applies only to the very eastern frontiers. The beautiful capital Kiev and Chernobyl area are safe for tourists (the contamination levels are also low and safe now).

If you want to read more about it and see the amazing photos from this unbelievable place, visit my blog @ http://goo.gl/EOZlIm And, the Ukraine is not all grey and gloomy as the media show, click here to see other amazing places in that exotic and completely.

If you are looking for something more exotic – first thing that comes to mind is of course Thailand! I have been there and it’s my least favorite country that lost its authenticity completely due to the numbers of western tourists, not too mention the people involved in the tourism industry that will scam you every day. How To Plan Your Adventure Travel In The Right Way

Adventure Travel

Taking a break once in a while comes highly recommended. It does a lot of good if you relax and unwind even for just a few days. If you work regularly, you will find the change of pace most welcoming. That’s why it pays to have a change of scenery and check out some new places every once in a while. You don’t have to travel abroad and waste a lot of money just so you can have a little fun. There are also other places to visit and explore which won’t cost you a small fortune. You just need to do a little research!

Choosing the right holiday destination, can make the difference between having a good time and having a great vacation. It all comes down to knowing what you like, what those accompanying you like and doing your research before booking.

When you go out of the resorts, leave your comfort zone and sleep in local guest houses, camp sites or mountain huts – you will start experiencing the authenticity of the country you are visiting (hotels and resorts are boringly the same all over the world after all). When you try to travel the local way, in an unpredictable, crazy fashion – I bet you’ll never forget your priceless memories – simply no thing or gadget can give a similar joy! But there’s a danger to this adventurous style – it’s highly addictive! If you travel like that once and get into it, you might find it extremely difficult return to the monotonous daily routine!

So, maybe instead of going on your Adventure Travel holidays to Canary Islands, Italy or Spain try Albania! Yes, I know what you’re thinking. That I’m crazy. Mafia, pollution and poverty. I’ve heard it all every time when I mention a country like Albania as a holiday destination. But my reply is that is the most beautiful and friendly country in Europe with absolutely the best paradise, wild beaches with white sand (like in Thailand but with zero hordes of tourists). You don’t believe? Check my photos on my blog try not to listen to mass media and explore the world yourself. You’ll see how much more beautiful it is behind those overrated destinations like Paris, London, Thailand etc. (and by the way no one seems to mind the poverty and pollution levels in Thailand!)

Adventure travel can take you to the other side of the world, to the top of a mountain, or to the wildest places on earth. It might also take you to the inside of a little old library just around the corner that you have walked past a thousand times. Ultimately, it is not where you go but the sense of adventure you feel that counts.

When you log on or find in the internet and look for the travel companies you will get lots of websites. Adventure holiday marketing has become quite popular these days. Adventurous-travels.com is one of the websites which provides you proper information about the adventure travel suppliers.

The Best countries to visit in 2015

I have just come across a list of best places to visit on youtube. It got hundreds of thousands of views and, of course, it consisted of all the mercilessly repeated in media, year after year, the same destinations. You won’t be surprised that the places included were Bangkok, Rome, London, Singapore, New York, Rio de Janeiro and of course the winner – Paris!

What’s surprising to me is that people follow the media so blindly that they don’t even think of trying something else, discovering the world themselves, leaving the comfort zone and dive into the unknown. So I decided to prepare a completely new Best countries to visit in 2015. You won’t find Paris, Spain or New York on it. Some of the places may seem controversial to you, the others – you might not even heard their names before.

What if I told you that if you visit Europe, instead of Paris, London,Rome or Barcelona you should head for the Balkans? Iceland is a different story – volcanic rocks, geysers, northern lights, glaciers, breathtaking waterfalls, milky waters of the famous Blue Lagoon geothermal springs – I guess there’s no need to add anything more.

If you are looking for something more exotic – first thing that comes to mind is of course Thailand! I have been there and it’s my least favorite country that lost its authenticity completely due to the numbers of western tourists, not too mention the people involved in the tourism industry that will scam you every day. Try Lakshadweep Islands, North of Brazil (yes, there’s so much more to Brazil than Rio!) or Turkmenistan. I bet you’ll see things you’ll never ever forget.

If you want to visit a place that is completely skipped by tourists – try Caucasus. One of my favorite places on Earth. Breathtaking landscapes, a few climate zones that literally change while you drive, beautiful coast, ancient history, monuments, monasteries and temples carved out of rock and unique, both traditional and modern architecture illuminated at night. I have no words to describe how wonderful the region is!

Most if not all people want to travel on some level. Sights, sounds, and experiences! It’s what makes life worth living! The only drawbacks that stop most are two “little” things. Time and money. Now today I’ll just be focusing on the second factor that hinders most people, money. In a future article I will discuss the time variable, but today I ask the question again; can one travel cheaply which may equate to more and more opportunities to travel?

The question you need to ask yourself to better help you achieve that answer is HOW do you want to travel? We need to access what kind of traveling you are envisioning. Are we looking at staying at the finest resorts money can buy or do we want to live like a local? You do have options! Which decision you choose has a outcome on how much you pay, obviously. What level of adventure vacation is right for you? You need to ask yourself this question before Choosing Best Countries to Visit in 2015. What constitutes an adventure vacation for one person may be a lot more than another can handle. You need to take into consideration your age and any physical limitations you may have before embarking on a rigorous adventure vacation.

When most people think of vacation they think of a safari in Africa. There are many different types of safaris and even luxury safaris, which sort of cuts down on the adventure part. Many tour operators run guided tours and safaris through game reserves in Africa. Kenya is one of the most popular countries to go to and you get to go through Masai Mara National Reserve in Land Rovers, clicking away with your digital camera. You will see lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, and rhinos as they trek from the Serengeti through the massive park.

There are several Central America countries that offer adventure vacation packages. Most people go to U.S. friendly countries such as Panama, Belize, or Costa Rica, but you can also find great low-cost adventure vacation packages in Nicaragua. An adventure vacation in any of these beautiful countries usually includes some time spent in the natural rain forests. You can kayak through lush rivers, zip line through the jungle canopy, or hike through ages-old forests. All of these countries also offer dive adventure vacations where you can skin dive onto pristine reefs and underwater caves. Sport fishing is abundant on the coast and you can spend the day wrestling giant marlin or swordfish.

If your budget allows and you are fit enough, you can do some mountain climbing in the Swiss Alps or the Himalayas. For these types of adventure vacations you really need to be prepared and take some mountain climbing classes. If this does sound right for you then you will be amazed by the total experience of attempting something that relatively few people have tried. Tips For Choose The Adventure Travel For Your Family

Adventure Travel

If you are a rookie to the world of adventure travel vacation, then you will need to learn how to plan for adventure travel!

It is very important that you understand the basics of adventure travel before you actually engage in adventure travel vacation. Why? Due to the fact that adventure travel sometimes involves risk taking, you should be familiar with how to plan for adventure travel, for your own safety as well as the safety of others.

The term adventurous is a concept that is not defined physically when you talk about adventure travel. This concept is defined psychologically. Different people have different definitions of adventure. Earlier adventure travel meant going abroad or just traveling to different places. However, its definition has changed today. Adventure travel is when you experience an event rather than being a mere spectator in your Adventure Travel. It is actually living in the present and experiencing the place and not just sight seeing.

Traveling is getting more and more popular nowadays. It’s also getting easier and more convenient. Within a couple of hours on the plane you can be literally on the other side of the world. That’s unbelievable if you think deeply about it. Why is traveling so addictive? There are two types of people: holiday makers and backpackers/travelers. Which one of them are you? I know people who go on holidays every year to the same country, the same hotel and stay there on the beach for the whole 3 weeks. Nothing’s wrong with that if they enjoy it! However, if you go out of the comfort zone and start exploring the real world behind the swimming pools and resorts – this is when the adventure begins! When I visit a country, the most important thing for me is to see the way it really is. I don’t care about hotels, resorts, swimming pools etc.

To see the local life and the magnificent nature, to sleep a few nights in the Amazon jungle, to stand at the ‘door to hell’ crater in Turkmenistan, to swim in the clearest waters of Albanian riviera, to cycle among the ancient temples in Myanmar, to climb the valley of 5 lakes in Poland’s Tatra Mountains, to stroll in cozy little streets of the charming city of Tbilisi in Georgia, to admire the view of biblical mount Ararat in Armenia, to reach Machu Picchu Mountain in Peru… this is what I love! There is only one negative side to it – it’s highly addictive and when you start – you won’t be able to stop! If you like to live an adventure, join me on my trip, I hope you’ll find some inspiration and info about the places that never make it to mass media and are a must! Tips For Finding The Best Countries to Visit in 2015 For Your Vacation

Best Countries to Visit in 2015

Adventure Travel is a catch all term for scores of ways to get into uncrowded, unspoiled countryside or untouch wilderness and to be actively involved with the environment and with your fellow travelers. It is an escape from the pressures of urban living as well as a welcome change from passive travel that shows you the world through the windows of a tour bus or a car. Since groups are small and camaraderie between participation is strong, the percentage of single vacationers who choose this kind of vacation is predictably high.

Have you wondered where you would like to go on vacation? Many places probably came to your head: Paris, Italy, Thailand or maybe Maldives? Yes, you’ve heard about them everywhere in the media to know the Best Countries to Visit in 2015 but they are amazing. What if I recommend that you visit Albania instead? Or Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan? What would be your reaction? Probably the same as the reactions of all the people when they heard I’m going to Albania: ‘What?’ ‘Are you crazy?

It’s dangerous’, ‘It’s a shthole!’. What if I told you that I have visited both: Albania and Thailand and Thailand fades in comparison? You know, Albanian mafia is only in Hollywood movies. The clearest turquoise water and white sand beaches of Albanian Riviera are not.  What about Georgia? Did you know that Batumi is one of the most colorful cities in the world? Every palm tree is illuminated at night!

In Armenia, you can admire the best views of the biblical Mount Ararat. How about  Turkmenistan? It’s one of the least visited countries in the world – and it’s really fascinating: the marble capital Ashgabat, the ever burning Darvaza crater, the Yangykala canyons and the ancient cities on the famous silk road. You’ll really feel like a pioneer there! If you don’t like to experience the realness of the place that you are visiting, choose resorts in Thailand and stay 2 weeks on the beach or at the hotel swimming pool surrounded by tourists. However, If you have a soul of an explorer, you’re an adrenaline seeker and want to experience something truly exciting, set out on an adventurous journey to the less known countries that never appear on TV and I guarantee, your jaw will drop. No western tourists, just the exceptional beauty of nature, authentic locals and amazing food. If you’re still not convinced, you can visit my photo blog and have a look @ http://goo.gl/bhgCmu

Grab The Exciting And Enthralling Experience In Your Adventure Travel

Adventure Travel

Adventure is different for everyone. What may appear adventurous to you could be totally boring for someone. And that is reason that there are so many options available if you want to go for adventure travel. You can choose the one which suits you, and more importantly the one which excites you! White water rafting or kayaking can be fun for someone. On the other hand camping in an interesting place can be defined as adventurous by some people.

Adventure travel is when you get yourself involved in an enthralling experience. It includes boating, kayaking, hiking, sky diving, mountain climbing, scuba diving, sailing, bicycling and much more! You should not indulge yourself into any form of adventure travel in which you are not comfortable. The level of risk in your travel is defined by you just like term adventure is defined individually. Adventure travel is getting yourself engaged into a new experience but make sure that you are totally comfortable in what you are doing.

What do you like when you travel? Do you prefer hotels, resorts and lying on the beach for 2 weeks or you are active, a type of an explorer? When I travel, I stay in the hotel only for the few hours of sleep. Whenever possible, I try to stay in a local guesthouse rather that in a hotel belonging to an international chain. It’s not only much cheaper but also it gives you the possibility to feel the authenticity and reality of the place you’re visiting. For me, to experience the nature and the local way of life in Adventure Travel is the most important aspect of traveling.

What else can be better than the memories of the adrenaline rush when you got caught in a storm in the forest, got stuck in a fisherman boat in the middle of the ocean in India, had to escape the broken bus in a jungle in Cambodia, take a hot air balloon flight over the spectacular rock formations in Turkey, cycling among the ancient temples in Myanmar, swim in the clearest sea ever near a remote, paradise beach in Albania, climb over 3000 meters over sea level Machu Picchu in Peru during wet season, enter the ancient tunnels in a cave city in Georgia, stand at the ‘door to hell’ crater in Turkmenistan. If you want to go out of the hotel zone and love to live adventure and visit amzing places that no one goes to, I hope you will find inspiration on my blog adventourstravels.blogspot.in
